Shipping policy

At Young Green Shoot, we take extra care when packaging our terrariums and plants.

Orders are hand-packed and typically dispatched within 7 business days. Because our terrariums and kits are made to order, please allow a little extra time during busy periods.

We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2 business days from dispatch. International shipping is not currently available.

We pack living plants securely minimise movement in transit. As with any living product, some settling is required. If your plants look a little flat on arrival, they'll usually perk back up within a few days once settled.

Ready to post Some of our terrariums are labelled "ready to post" — these have been specifically packaged and tested for safe transit.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping. If your item has suffered damage in transit please get in touch and we will resolve this if we are able.
